Established in 2013 and based in Glasgow, Scotland, Viewpoint Film is a supplier of professional aerial imaging solutions. We use the latest and best UAV, gimbal and camera technology to capture the highest quality images possible. We can capture high resolution still photographs, 4K, HD, & slow-motion video.

Licenced by the C.A.A with Permission For Aerial Work (PFAW) to operate 2 UAVs, we can provide low altitude aerial imaging in virtually any environment. We can safely work anywhere up to 120m elevation and 500m distance.

‚ÄčOur pilots hold BNUC-s qualifications and have £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance.Our team consists of Neil Mowbray (Pilot / Technical Director), Emma Green (MD / Gimbal Operator / Observer) & Jim Green (Q.H.S.E. Consultant)Neil Mowbray has over 10 years of experience working in the television & film industry as a cameraman, primarily in the fields of documentary, wildlife, drama, commercials, promos, industrial films and sports. During the past decade he has worked on numerous high profile international productions and has extensive experience of working in extreme environments including the Arctic Circle,  Alaska and the European Alps. With a background in physics and many years flying experience, Neil has a thorough knowledge of UAV technology. He understands the issues relating to all aspects of the equipment, and how to get the best out of it in varied environments.Having experience of a huge range of cameras, multiple UAV platforms and a passion for learning about developing technology, Neil continues to improve & expand his skill set allowing Viewpoint Film to provide clients with the highest quality aerial images.With a decade of production experience at the BBC, working in BAFTA & Amnesty International Award winning teams, it's fair to say Emma Green knows her profession inside out. Achieving an M.A.(hons) from the University of the West of Scotland, Emma went straight into BBC children's department working on the global phenomenon "Balamory", to hone her skills & work with the best in the industry. After a hiatus to become a mother of two, Emma is back as the driving force behind Viewpoint Film, bringing all of her knowledge & experience to the world of Aerial Filming.With 40 years business and management experience, Jim is a triple graduate with qualifications in Engineering and Health and Safety Management. he has an MBA from Glasgow University and is also a Chartered Builder and registered CDM Coordinator with APS. He has held previous consultancy positions with Mott MacDonald and was Principal Consultant with PMSS. Jim has worked extensively in the Power and Utilities Sector in both the on and off shore environments. He has held previous director positions in construction and was CEO of Avotec Ltd., Scotland’s most recent Aerospace Company success based at Strathclyde Business Park. He has also taught Business Policy and Strategy at the University of Glasgow as a visiting Lecturer.
